As if your life wasn’t entertaining enough, DTs Hotel is offering plenty of special treats over the coming weeks to entice you out of the living room and into our favourite corner pub. First up is the Wine Appreciation Society’s ‘End of Year’ trip: a bus ride out to Shelmerdine Vineyards, complete with a two-course luncheon, wine tastings, and all the merry sing-a-longs of a very gay road trip! After that is the annual Drag Cocktail Party, where anyone who’s willing can don a frock and heels and join in the campery of a night of drag. Even the bar staff get in on the action, proving it’s not easy to pour beer while wearing four-inch nails. Then, next month, it’s time for congratulations as Dulcie Du Jour celebrates 12 years on the DTs stage - and she still looks as pretty as the day she first appeared!
