It’s been a hit in my DJ box for months now. The barman from The Laird gave me a copy one night and said “play this,” so I did. Mind you, the barman was Matt Thomas, formerly of megastar band The Mavis’s, and the track was ‘I’m Your Little Bitch’. After realising this wasn’t Matt’s way of asking me back to his place after work, I discovered that this was to be his next smash hit project with his rocking new band, The Blow Waves: an incredibly talented musical line up. The track is punchy, rocky, disco camp and full of attitude; and following their recent live performances at The Market, The Blow Waves are set to launch the track on Saturday June 7 at The Toff in Town.
