Easy Rider: Paul Evans (seated) with Scooterama's John Baxter.

The generous donation of a scooter from Fitzroy North-based dealer Scooterama will be raffled off as part of Slave Market 2008.

The annual event, held at the Laird Hotel, has been running for over 18 years; and together with Midsumma Mooning has raised over $283,765 for people living with HIV/AIDS in Victoria.

Slave Market is run each year by Paul Evans from No Attitude Guys! in conjunction with the Laird Hotel.

Evans is delighted about the collaboration with Scooterama, and thanks John Baxter and Andrew Parisi for their support of the event.

“The support we have received from Scooterama has been outstanding. We believe that with their assistance this may be the most successful Slave Market ever,” he said.
