Whether it’s the Pure Summer disc, the Hits, 80s pop, 90s pop, Gold, or the dizzyingly naffly-named Dance Party, per collection there’s 50 tracks apiece that are guaranteed to blow your mind; in a non-discerning, cheap champagne manner anyway. The necessary effect comes across but without the memorable experience.
