music-willyoung-250.jpg‘CHANGES’—WILL YOUNG [RCA]
Our boy, one of the gay gang, has finally put together a new single for release after a somewhat lengthy hiatus.

And thankfully, on ‘Changes’, he’s doing what he does best; a power ballad with song writing as therapy. Co-penned with Eg White (Duffy and Adele), ‘Changes’ is a delightfully pretty song with a 60s inspired sound, appealing lyrics and a stand out chorus. But every homo needs the house dance mixes, and this set come from Chris Lake and Superbass. Although they both do the vocal and dub versions, the song is lost in translation and fades into bland.

Shame really, so stick with the excellent radio edit and look out for Will’s forthcoming album Let it Go.
