Art Melbourne 08 unites Melbourne’s vibrant art scene, and offers collectors and newcomers to the art market alike the opportunity to view and choose from an enormous variety of art styles, mediums and content.

Featuring 100 leading Australian galleries presenting new artwork from 800 established and emerging artists, the fair will include paintings, sculpture, ceramics, photography, indigenous works, art objects and works on paper including limited edition prints, from the affordable to the collectable.

One of the highlights will be found at stall no. F5: Mayumi International, presenting 20 Japanese artists, including two well-established gay artists – Hideki Koh and Tatsuya Hirai (whose work is pictured).
