Females on Fire 3 is the third in a series of independent compilations produced by Gilli Moon of LA label Warriorgirl Music.

Local lesbian singer-songwriter Danica Lani (pictured) is hosting the Melbourne launch of the CD at the Glasshouse next week, following its US launch earlier this month, performing alongside Michelle Meehan, Anna Moots and Perth’s Jazmin. DJ Melly D and DJ MAFIA will also perform later in the night. Proceeds will go to Victorian Gay & Lesbian Switchboard.

The Females on Fire series features female artists from around the world, delivering songs in a range of genres and styles, and is dedicated to messages of empowering femininity, human equality, love, communication and vitality.
